I want a new supplier to use existing tooling
ADAPTING EXISTING TOOLS
Sometimes things don't work out with suppliers, and it is time to move on. With 70 years of experience in the UK diecasting industry, we've seen competitors come and go, and in their wake, customers with tooling that needs to find a new home. We've therefore become experts in assessing and adapting tooling manufactured by other foundries to enable us to supply customers on-going requirements.
If you have exsiting casting tooling and you're in need of a new supplier then give us a call. The more information that you can give us about the existing tools the better. We'll give you an honest assesment of what is required to adapt the tools to fit MRT's processes, and try to get you back into production as quickly and economically as possible.

We looked at everything from data being used by machines, data being created by machines all the way through to where data is being left on the cutting room floor and where data can potentially be corrupted or lost through human error.Read More
