Quality
Everyone at MRT is committed to Quality. We take great pride in both the components we produce, and the relationships we have with our customers. Quality is about meeting customer requirements. Working closely with you helps us to understand your needs. Information regarding your requirements is always made available to production staff, through training and detailed production documentation.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO9001:2015. We are approved suppliers to many of the UK's leading electronics, aerospace, medical and defence companies. We welcome customers to visit our premises and audit our processes.
We specialise in complex, tightly toleranced, or cosmetically critical parts. Therefore thorough, accurate inspection is a critical feature of MRT's operations. Two CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machines, a DEA Global, and a DEA Swift, are used for comprehensive and accurate dimensional checking of components. These machines both run the latest version of PC-Dmis, the industry leading inspection software package. 100% Visual Inspection at the final packing stage ensures that every part despatched conforms to customer requirements.

Where customers require tightly controlled metal specifications we have in-house analysis facilities available, using our Bruker Q4 Tasman Spectrometer.
Comprehensive Staff Training and Development are a key tool in our quality systems. All members of our highly skilled staff are not only educated in the technical skills required for the operations they perform, but also in the customer requirements of each part which they produce. This improves their understanding of the application, and the critical features of the component. MRT recognise the importance of the contribution of every member of the team in MRT's success, and the success of our customers.
