I want a complete solution

Your Challenges

Engineered components are complex. Their development and manufacture needs a huge toolkit of skills and specialist equipment, and it is rare to find all of these under one roof. Often that means you have to work with several different suppliers. The problem then is your design intent gets diluted as the message doesn't get accurately communicated down through that chain, you waste time managing all of those suppliers, transporting parts between them all, and at the end of the day you get an expensive, late solution, which doesn't conform to your specification, for which the various suppliers all shun responsibility and blame each other.

Our solution for you

We understand the process, and the pitfalls. We've been there! So we perform the majority of our processes in-house. We have the best people and the best kit in the business. In-house we have casting and tooling design capabilities, a complete non-ferrous foundry, trimming facilities, a comprehensive CNC machine shop, inspection, electro-mechanical assembly and a logistics hub. For processes such as toolmaking, or specialist finishing, we partner with specialist sub-contractors who are leaders in their own fields. We have close relationships, built over many years, with a great team of sub-contractors. MRT manage them, streamlining the whole process. You place your project with MRT, we deliver a finished solution, on-time, on-budget, and to your specification. No hassle.
