Whilst you will be working in teams, with good supervision, you will often be responsible for valuable and potentially hazardous machinery, hence you must have a mature and sensible attitude. Whilst the work is very interesting and challenging, at times it can also be repetitive, and physically tiring, so if you are afraid of a hard day's work you need not apply!
