Our staff development programme includes training which leads to nationally recognised qualifications. In recent years, MRT has supported staff through programmes including NVQs at Levels 1 to 4, Modern Apprenticeships, BTEC, HNC, HND, and University Postgraduate Diplomas.

We're pleased to share that MRT Castings will once again be exhibiting at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics - A key event in the UK engineering calendar, and one we've been proud to support year after year.
Free to attend from the 3rd to 5th of February 2026, the exhibition will once again take place at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, a modern venue with excellent facilities, straightforward transport links and free on-site parking.
