MRT's greatest asset is their skilled team of production, engineering and management staff. We recognise the importance of continuous staff training and development, and place emphasis on building a strong, skilled, and committed workforce. Our staff development programme includes training which leads to nationally recognised qualifications. In recent years, MRT has supported staff through programmes including NVQs at Levels 1 to 4, Modern Apprenticeships, BTEC, HNC, HND, and University Postgraduate Diplomas.

MRT New Website Goes Live
We have hit another landmark in MRT’s long and proud history. As we enter in to our 70th year of operation, we are excited to announce that our brand new website has gone live.
This significant reimagining of our online presence comes from our desire to continually push the boundaries and lead our industry in providing the finest quality and the best experience.
This ethos can be seen in our adoption of the latest technology and the newest techniques that was a contributing factor in our Queen’s Award for Enterprise last year.
Our new website is now 100% responsive so you can view it on any device with ease and it is full of features and information that show exactly how MRT can help your business.
